Geopolitics

The US and UK militaries are not structured for defence, but for global dominance. Whether through decades of overseas military interventions, or by overseeing and collaborating in Israel’s genocidal assault on Palestine, this global strategy of dominance is a source of geopolitical instability. US dominance and its attempt to divide the world into competing power blocs is also a fundamental barrier to climate collaboration.

We commission research on the geopolitical threats posed by the global military strategies of the US and the UK and the risks they pose to the climate transition.
